Our confidentiality principles
Genmap-Pro™ does not disclose client information to third parties without prior written authorization. Client projects are handled on a need-to-know basis, and confidential information is used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed scientific assessment.
NDA-ready wording
We are ready to work under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving sensitive project information. For early discussions, clients may provide a non-confidential overview before deciding whether to proceed under NDA.
AI and data use
The exact technical workflow and data-processing arrangements can be defined project by project, depending on the sensitivity of the information and the client’s confidentiality requirements.
AI-generated molecular structures produced within a client project are treated as project-confidential outputs and are not reused, disclosed or transferred to third parties without prior written authorization.
Data retention
Project data and reports are retained only for the duration necessary to deliver the agreed service, support follow-up discussions and comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty matters when strategic R&D decisions involve proprietary science, sensitive molecules and investment-critical data.
Genmap-Pro™ is designed with digital sovereignty, confidentiality and responsible AI use in mind. Our applications and project data are hosted on on-premise servers, allowing sensitive scientific and strategic information to remain within a controlled infrastructure. We use sovereign data hosting and sovereign communication tools to reduce dependency on non-controlled external platforms and strengthen confidentiality, traceability and operational control.
We apply strict precautions when interacting with Large Language Models. Sensitive client information, including proprietary molecules, unpublished biological hypotheses, confidential datasets, preclinical results or investment-sensitive conclusions, is not shared with external LLMs unless explicitly agreed within a controlled project framework. Client-provided data and Genmap-Pro™ results are not used to train, fine-tune or improve the LLMs we may rely on.
